Luke Wagner began practicing law as a civil defense attorney for complex and emotionally charged cases. He decided to switch to employment law because he is passionate about the cases due to his own experience ranging from minimum wage jobs to consulting for a Fortune 500 company. Luke also previously served as a Hearing Officer for unemployment cases to help address the flood of claims during Covid-19.
Luke earned his JD with a concentration in Business/Corporate Law and LLM in Tax Law from University of San Diego, where he served on the editing board of a legal journal and his research won a national legal writing contest. Luke grew up in Orange County, is active in his church, and loves hiking, axe throwing, and spending time with family and friends.
